The bars are visible only in IE. It would also be nice to limit them in lenght, because when the vote counts breaks and you get 300% as a result the resulting bar overflows and breaks the sidebar formatting.

This works in "Mozilla" (Firefox 3.x here) and I have no Opera to test this with. Tested on the d6 release.
