Simplenews rule

Hi,

I have a "do" option working with Rules named as "Create newsletter". If i choose it, it gaves me this warning:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in simplenews_content_selection_views\scs_views.module on line 30.

How should i use this rule?

I'd like to create a news issue after a node is created and returns true after all my conditions.
