The idea born thinking about filtering the a views page by percentage of the task and filtering by Status.

I suppose you mean the priority?

My idea was to be able to sort from the least significant priority to the most significant. Now having two filters for the same field but two different means for sorting (numeric and strings) would certainly work very well and give more power to the end users.
