php Notice: Undefined index: #node in required_for_pub_form_alter() line 49 and Trying to get property of non-object

Just reporting theres 2 php Notice errors:

Undefined index: #node in required_for_pub_form_alter() (line 49 of ../sites/all/modules/required_for_pub/required_for_pub.module).

Trying to get property of non-object in required_for_pub_form_alter() (line 49 of ../sites/all/modules/required_for_pub/required_for_pub.module).

I know it's just a notice that can be switched off with Error reporting and it's probably ascribed to PHP 5.3 wich is on my server, anyway it's the only one notice that my Drupal installation (with serveral modules enabled) report.

This should be solved for others, that cannot change their error reporting level because some hosting providers do not allow such a setting to them.
