No reaction to views page URL change

Path-based meta tags are exactly what it says - they are path-based.
Table metatags_quick_path_based has path as it's key.
The problem appears when path is changed. Since then, link between page and its tags is broken.
Is there any way to track changes in menu_router table? (hook_path_update does not help, since views use its own menu hooks, not url_alias)
