metatags_quick 7.x-2.0

2.0 release is here!
Most important new features are upgrade path from nodewords (based on @maxiorel's code) and path-based meta tags (i.e. meta tags on pages that are not entities - views, default front page etc.)
Path based meta tags are now enabled by default, since this highly anticipated option was missed by too many people

Since 1.9, code has become cleaner and more efficient, however, upgrade should be smooth (there are no known issues).

There are 2 known issues which are not addressed by this release: #1238192: No reaction to views page URL change and #1229822: Support link tags. Any ideas how to solve them are much appreciated.
