@yelvington Would you need to add a specific image style to be able to add the watermark. I have no such thing here.

Yes, any watermarking would be specific to a style.

You can add watermarks using this module. http://drupal.org/project/imagecache_actions this add new actions on image styles.

Just tried the module in #5, and it works fine.
As it offers the watermark possibilities, i close this feature request as a won't fix.
