Seeking Developer to create Personality Test Module

Seeking an experienced developer to assist in creating a robust module for Drupal 6 which can be used to create a wide variety of personality type tests and quizzes.

The module should support:
-True/false and yes/no questions
-Multiple choice questions
-Likert scales
-Questions in the form of text or graphics

Have you looked at the Quiz module and it's add-ons. Or maybe Question Field

Webform Module

could also see Webform Module, but you might need a some module by webform reports feature
