My donations were never given to me, period. People donated money, and as far as I can tell, the money was kept by Casper Planken, the adminitrator for the website. He blocked my email address and has taken the website donorge.org offline.

I've requested via email four times that the money be transferred, and once he replied saying it would be transferred within the next two days, and now my emails bounce back.

What do you mean by administrator of the site?... Your site or donorge.org site?

Because it is a big issue what you say. I myself made an account at donorge.org.

Dear Eileen, you are hardly giving Donore a chance to say something first, please allow me to. In your mind, first Donorge is out to frustrate you on purpose: http://drupal.org/node/120750 and then next Donorge stole your money and is screwing you over.

First of all; Donorge, or me, is not out to frustrate you.
Second, your e-mail address has not been blocked or anything, I don't even understand what you mean.
Third, I have not 'taken the site off-line', I was forced more or less to move to another server because I could not afford lengthening the contract. Actually someone has offered to support me on this issue and that person could also explain why Donorge cannot be reached at this moment, but that's actually already a moot point, because at this point it seems Donorge is stuck with it's current host, without me being able to finance it at the moment. That's a problem and you are not helping here.

You WILL have your money today. To anyone else, everything on the site, every single aspect of the site is backed up and ready to go live again as soon as the hosts issues are solved.

Just for the record, Casper (admin of donorge) I gave you many chances to rectify this before posting here, and I have our emails to prove it. You promised to transfer the money within a certain time frame, and when you didn't, I emailed you twice (late Sunday and Monday afternoon) requesting an explanation.

All the while, donorge.org is offline. Then my next emails to you, Monday evening, bounce back instantly, with this message:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached: 'cplanken@donorge.org' on 3/5/2007 6:26 PM 450 [TEMPFAIL] destination not valid within DNS

I had very little reason to trust you. You emailed me saying "I don't have allot of money and don't have money to continue Donorge either" and expressing anger at me JUST FOR ASKING how to collect my donation funds. Then, when I request my money directly, you reply that you can't find the time to transfer my funds "just now". You, as the administrator of a financial organization, have not been professional in your communication with me, and you demonstrate this in your own words here.

On the upside, Jason W. at http://oneworldonline.org has been wonderfully helpful and I give him all the credit for resolving this matter. I hunted Jason down through a receipt from a donation to donorge. Jason explained to me that oneworldonline.org partnered with donorge.org to "to help process payments and manage accounts to increase the transparency and oversight of the donation process."

Thank You, Jason, for resolving this matter. He handled my problem swiftly, with integrity and professionalism.

> Just for the record, Casper (admin of donorge) I gave you many chances to rectify this before posting here, and I have our emails to prove it.

I have nothing to rectify or anything to prove at all frankly. I don't need 'chances' you are talking about. YOU are the one calling me a thief, untrustworthy and whatnot.

> I emailed you twice (late Sunday and Monday afternoon) requesting an explanation.

Look I am not apologizing if a voluntary service is not meeting your demands fast enough.

> I had very little reason to trust you.

It was your *own choice* not to trust me. Those reasons are all yours.

> You emailed me saying "I don't have allot of money and don't have money to continue Donorge either" and expressing anger at me JUST FOR ASKING how to collect my donation funds.

You are seeing anger, all I said is that I did like how you swore Donorge makes it hard on purpose for people to collect their money, as if Donorge has an interested in confusing you and being shady with your money. I even offered to share hosting costs with you if practicall. I don't particularly like it if something untrue is told about Donorge and simply pointed that out to you. You did not seem to handle that very well and much prefer to resort to me being a hack or something. I was explaining in that e-mail that I did not appreciate your post about Donorge saying Donorge makes it hard on purpose for people to get their money.

> You, as the administrator of a financial organization, have not been professional in your communication with me, and you demonstrate this in your own words here.

No, I don't care about playing nice when someone itself is being unprofessional. I don't owe you anything other then that we can help each other. Donorge is also a voluntary service and I always help people the best way I can.

> Jason; He handled my problem swiftly, with integrity and professionalism.

Well if that's what makes you happy Miss Eileen, fine. I guess I am not the swift, integer professional, but perhaps I don't really care what you think and much prefer to help people who are helpful people.
