Release notes

Check to ensure that the page being forwarded refers to an internal path. This prevents someone from hard coding a forward link to an unscrupulous external site.

Also includes these changes and fixes:
#1104330: Mollom support for e-postcard
#1043574: Spelling Mistake "Oranization" should be "Organization" (patch attached)
#1044006: eregi() is deprecated, patch to use preg_match() in its place
#1033660: "Forward this page" on the forward form page title not translated
