FullCalendar compatibility

Hi,
Excellent project, I hope i can start contributing by first reporting an issue I'm having. I'm trying to use both Mobile jQuery and the FullCalendar module together (I'm trying to show the calendar in a mobile device) but the view containing the Calendar is not completely generated when you look at the resulting HTML. I'm currently debugging the issue by looking at both Javascript and the theme template files, but I just started Drupal dev and I've huge knowledge gaps, i was hoping if you could:
- comment on the issue, maybe just throw some ideas on the table
- is this something that you would fix on the theme or you do not expect to actually support this module on our theme
