jQuery Mobile 1.0 Final has been released
On November 16, Todd Parker announced the jQuery Mobile 1.0 release. Based on this news I will spend the next couple of weeks finalizing all the functionality and committing a full release branch.
About the Theme
Touch-Optimized Web Framework for Smartphones & Tablets
The Mobile jQuery Theme is a powerful theme built on the jQuery Mobile platform. The theme adapts some of Drupal's base output to work with the highly themable designs built into the jQuery Mobile framework.
The theme can be enhanced with the addition of the jquerymobile_ui module for better integrate with core functionality.
Supported Platforms
The theme will be following the standards set by the jQuery Mobile team as described here: http://jquerymobile.com/gbs/.
Views
I added a Drupal 7 module that has Views integration, views_jqm and will be proting it to D6 shortly
A note regarding version naming
Because jQuery Mobile has no official release and for my own sanity, I will be working in 6.x-3.x until there is an official release. I will include a -beta# at the end of the version that will identify which version of jQuery Mobile is supported. (ex. 6.x-3.0-beta1 will support jQuery Mobile 1.0b1).
