Meta are printed only in administrator's page

I am trying to setup meta tags/description and copyright at the front page with the path-based option. Meta are printed well in the html output when i am logged in as admin and the site is in maintenance mode but if i logged out and put the site online nothing is printed. Am i doing something wrong? I am using a Bartik subtheme.
