Log Out and My Account not translated when added to Primary Links

The language bar is activated.

When both items are in the navigation menu, everything is fine. Log Out and My Account are translated properly.

When the Log Out item is set to the Primary Links menu, nothing work as expected. Items are not translated properly.

Also, when I add or remove the item from the Primary Links menu, it duplicate the existing menu item. It's a little weird.
