Add imported audio into Archive Manually?

I see that audio files can be added to the program's archive via the streamripper exe. I've uploaded a couple of audio files via the "import audio" menu option from audio, and would like to be able to manually attach these files to the archive for that program. Mainly, the problem is that we would like to have the files setup for podcast-rss feeds, but we don't use streamripper because we need to edit the files more substantially before uploading.

Is this already possible and I'm just missing it? It seems that we should be able to use the same "program name" and posted date to link the two together? If it isn't possible, does anyone know how to proceed?
