PostgreSQL: do case insensitive search

I've just installed this module for the first time and it took me a while to figure out why it didn't seem to work. I created a page called "About us" and then tried to add a link to it. I was trying to find/add "about..." with no results. I finally tried with a capital letter and it worked. Is this module doing case sensitive searches only? I'm using PostgreSQL.
