Any way that roles from Organic Groups can be exposed this way as well?

This picks up all roles that are at admin/user/roles. I took a quick look at an Open Atrium install and couldn't find a separate place where Organic Groups manages roles, but if it is outside of the base drupal role system then it would need to be a new module (Organic Groups Role Reference) or an add-on to this one. No plans at the moment to code this personally.

@cYu - OG7 manages roles now. It's a lot different from OG6. Also Open Atrium is for D6 only at the moment.

http://drupal.org/project/og_role_field might be an alternative.
