Frakke created a module that addresses addresses #195013: Recompute all instances of a computed field upon field change.
Inspired in roball's comment, I'm taking the liberty of asking the following: do you maintainers of computed_field think it would be a good idea to have him integrate his module as part of this project ?? (maybe as a sub module?)

It would be great to have frakke's essential module included where it is needed - here.

tim.plunkettIf there is no response in two weeks, please move this issue to the webmasters queue, as per the Abandoned Modules process.

sammyd56 commentedHas anyone attempted to contact Moonshine?
frakke commentedOk, so there is no response from the maintainers. I am personally not interested in taking over the entire computed fields project, so I guess in an attempt to move things forward, I will try to re-open my project application in the hopes, that it will get approved at some point.

colanSounds like a great idea. Please post a patch for D7. I'm attempting to get this module rolling again: #1416732: Offering to co-maintain Computed Field

wizonesolutionsI'd love to see the two working together. I install Computed Field Tools a lot, and it's a much-needed tool. Far better than re-saving all the nodes!
frakke commentedI think that I will have time to make the patch in a few weeks.
