How about multilingual sites?

Hi,

Thanks for the great module. Can't wait to get started with it. Just one small question, how does it fare with multilingual sites? Have my sites now set-up in a way that I and Google are quite happy with and don't want to break anything by installing all or some of the modules in this project?
