change site from CKeditor to BUEditor - should I expect issues?

Working site with text entered using the filtered and full html using CKEditor. How much problem to install BUEditor and do away with the WYSIWYG API, CKEditor and the filtering bit.

I plan to use IMCE with the editor of course.

The CKEditor is just too difficult to work with. I have enough problems with it. I'm anxious about passing the site to the owners. They will be calling me night and day, the way it's been going.
