Node form is submitted when adding a new term to the hierarchical select selection [#1267768]

This results in duplicate nodes when all required fields are filled out and form validation errors if not.

1. Does this happen with alpha 4?

2. Can you reproduce it on a vanilla Drupal Standard installation with only Taxonomy + HS + HS Taxonomy enabled?
