i noticed that the dependencies defined in the customer profile won't take place in the checkout form

it seems that are some checking on conditional_fields_element_after_build that stops Conditionals Fields to work on the Entity Container forms.

there is patch that it works for me. I think this is not only for Drupal Commerce but also for other cases.
