Ran upgrade script as usual to upgrade to 8.10, upgraded master instance to Aegir 1.3, everything went smoothly and sites still work, but aegir control panel itself is unreachable.

http://aegir.mysite.com just sits "connecting" until finally it fowards to http://aegir.mysite.com/install.php

https://aegir.mysite.com instantly fowards to http://aegir.mysite.com/install.php

the install.php page produces a 403 forbidden error

any ideas?

It seems now after about 40 minutes of looking for a solution, it just started working. My apologies. I'm not sure what happened, but its fine now.

This still seems to be an issue for me. I am still having to use the

upload_progress uploads 1m;
fix in nginx.conf in order for nginx to properly start after I've upgraded aegir instance.

I've read the other threads on similar issues, tried the fixes, but it still does this on every upgrade. There must be something I've missed?

*edit* and after I add that upload progress fix above, and restart nginx, it literally takes about 20 mins or so before I can get back into the aegir control panel without getting install.php 403 error.

I always get this after upgrading. I always have to add upload_progress uploads 1m; and manually restart nginx.
