Only one module application is necessary, as successful completion results in the 'Promote Full Projects' permission; which allows you to publish your other projects.
Can you please indicate which of your applications you would like us to review, and close the other application as a duplicate?
http://drupal.org/node/1271252 - Wysiwyg Smileys Plugin
http://drupal.org/node/1270830 - Wysiwyg Geshi Plugin
In either case, you should also:
i) provide a few comments regarding other similar modules, and how yours differs from them ... just to show that you've performed a search and are not simply duplicating the functionality of an existing module that you may not have been aware of. ;)
ii) Remove the 'licence.txt' files, as these will be added automatically by Drupal's packaging system
iii) Remove the /$Id tags from all files. This is a leftover from the CVS days, but is no longer required now that we are using Git.
iv) Run the projects through the Coder module (http://drupal.org/projects/coder) and fix up any other issues it flags.
Thanks!

jthorson commentedThis thread has been idle, in the 'needs work' state with no activity for several months. Therefore, I am assuming that you are no longer persuing this application, and marking it as closed (won't fix).
If this is incorrect, and you are still pursuing this application, then please feel free to re-open the thred and set the issue status to "needs work" or "needs review", depending on the current status of your code.
As I mentioned previously, successful completion of the application process results in the applicant being granted the 'Create Full Projects' permission, so please only re-open one of your projects should you choose to re-engage your project applications.
