We recently released a new property website on Drupal 5. The site is still being developed but we thought we'd give an advance preview of what we've been up to lately...

http://overseaspropertycentres.com makes heavy use of Views, taxonomy & fivestar, custom content types, custom modules and a bunch of other stuff...

The OPC site was built by Sitespring (www.sitespring.eu) - under contract to Chillidigital in the UK (www.chillidigital.com).

There's a custom search module which uses views and args, i didnt personally build the search module so I'll have to ask tomf who did to explain precisely what is going on there:)

So far theres around 200 hours in it, still a wee way to go yet, a few issues and bugs to squash and some pretty cool user features using pdflib and views bookmarks, but we're getting there.

Thanks for the feedback.

That search is certainly very nice! I'm also interested in how it was done.

One minor adjustment I would make - the 'price range' selection on the search form doesn't make it clear what the currency is. Just a thought. :)

Your site is really nice, what did you use to make your custom design? I especially like the menu and the tabs.

Most of the graphic and all of the web design design work was done by me using a premade mockup design as reference. The mockup design was improved in several ways as well as redesigned and restructured as the site is designed with CSS.

All graphics I made were designed and exported with Macromedia/Adobe Fireworks 8. I've used Eclipse and its Web and PHP Development Tools for theming.
