Drupal 4.7.4 and chatroom 4.7.x-1.10 no messages sent. I dropped back to chatroom-4.7.x-1.7 and it works with the annoyance of people dropping in and out.

Please update to Drupal 4.7.6 and apply the patch in issue 121876. This patch will be necessary until the next version of Drupal is released.
