Unable to connect to database server. [0.47 sec, 7.08 MB]

Drush was not able to start (bootstrap) the Drupal database.

Resolution-

1 - Ran Barracuda script again and this time did not direct to upgrade host master. (this restored the old hostmaster)
2 - Ran Barracuda script again and this time did direct to upgrade host master.
