Putting a request in for e-mail verification only within auto-assigned routes.

Saw that it's not necessary if all users must be verified, via these issues...

However, we don't require email verification, for hassle free access to content.
However when assigning additional roles (for employees, etc) there really should be a verification step.

Any thought given to this?
