I wonder if a checkbox option like this could be added to flickr settings.
In this way, there will be no link to flickr site, but only the picture.

Moreover, there should be an option for the link to open in a new window or tab.

Link back to Flickr when you post your photos elsewhere
The Flickr service makes it possible to post images hosted on Flickr to outside websites. However, pages on other websites that display images hosted on flickr.com must provide a link back to Flickr from each photo to its photo page on Flickr.
....

I would rather see an option that makes the link open in a new window.

unless you're going to download a copy of the image you have to provide the link back to flickr's site.
