Hi
Any reason the mariadb would have been removed after I uprgraded to the latest release? The whole upgrade process went smootly but now there is no mysqld located on the server. All my db's are still under /var/lib/mysql but nothing in /usr/sbin/mysqld or anywhere.
I kinda need the db. I'm on a debian lenny vm. Might install mysql normal to get me by.
I used the nz ftp mirror.
any ideas, hints at what i might have done wrong would greatly be appreciated.

ore commentedIt used the NZ ones after the default one had errors. I just manually installed it and everything works fine. If this isnt a common issue its not worth chasing up with just a quick manual install. DB's were all picked up fine once the binaries were back.
