Fix bug with settings form
Made activeselect callback available for all access as per issue: http://drupal.org/node/332671 Added admin setting to remove address validation as per issue: http://drupal.org/node/270950 and http://drupal.org/node/348351 Added translation support for field names as per issue: http://drupal.org/node/300045
Added country_select module
had problems where activeselect wasn't installed; also didn't handle the country and state fields correctly when not used
Forgot to update to a new branch. Note that the last entry to the 1.x branch is the same as the first to the 2.x branch as a consequence. Oops.
Added all kind of things. Best if you check out the updated README.

The development branch. Should have the latest fixes at all times. Should have fewer bugs than the last official release. Can be considered release candidate for next official release.
