if the terms are associated with a menu using taxonomy menu, how can hide the terms in the menu?
while with tacle rules or tac lite is possible hide list terms, views, etc, in the menu all the terms remain visible

You have toask the "terms in menus" author to offer that capability. It's just not available because that's a not well known 3rd party module.

Now, maybe you'd want to consider Menu per role instead
