I don't find the damned "Editor appearance" >Plugins".
Where is it?

Sorry, new instructions are still a bit incomplete: they only apply to the latest version of the CKEditor module that introduced this new "Editor appearance > Plugins".
Please upgrade to CKEditor 7.x-1.3.
If you can't, read instructions from older revisions of the project page.

I did not succeed with old version, but when I upgrade ckeditor (source and module) it was OK (Ckeditor cache system is a little tricky).
This module make it easy for users to add internal links, thanks a lot!
