"Home › Administer › Site configuration"
must be translated to
"Accueil › Administrer › Configuration du site"
but the middle link isn't translated, so it gives:
Accueil › Administer › Configuration du site
It occurs in several parts of the website.

This "Administer" string has to be translated using the localization system. See Administer > Site configuration > Localization > Manage strings
