Function translation_get_links in translation module should return language indexed array

Description

When retrieving links to switch between languages, the i18n module functions return an array indexed by languages. The given patch enables this for the translation module.

i dont see how this is a bug (?)
Btw, is the patch agains HEAD or DRUPAL-5?
