I just created page view on path mobile_page and when I visit that path (mypage.com/mobile_page) jquery mobile .js and .css are not included in that page. Everything is working on front page and node page.

Can someone please help?

I have exactly the same issue. All the js and css files are not load ... I just activate the theme and go to my home page. Do I have to do something else? I also install jQuery Mobile module and jquerymobile_ui module.

Do I have to download a theme from http://jquerymobile.com/themeroller?
