The only way I figured out how to add a campaign was clicking the help link, which gave me a link to the URL for adding a campaign. Should there be an "Add campaign" tab, or link, or button somewhere? Am I just not seeing it?

There's a link in the second paragraph on the remarketing admin page
admin/settings/google-adwords-remarketing

"Click the configure link next to each Campaign to configure its specific title and visibility settings. Use the
add campaign page to create a Google Adwords Remarketing Campaign Assignment."

There was no MENU_DEFAULT_LOCAL_TASK defined, so the Add tab did not appear. Fix attached.
