Requirement for image.module 'access images' permission in order to use img_assist.

The problem obviously comes because the realease of image.module i have(the latest as of writing this), has no such permission in its definition.

So i've replaced the 'image access' permission requirement with 'image create' for lack of anything i could see to be more suitable.

I've attached a patched img_assist.module.
