I would like to add this functionality to the module.
There are several ways of doing this:
- Using http://drupal.org/project/bounced_email (part of the enewsletter project) This looks like simple and clean implementation for bounces, but the lack of activity in the entire project puts me off...
- Using http://drupal.org/project/simplenews_bounce, but that just seems to complex and to not-developed...
- Using http://drupal.org/project/mailhandler, seems a bit overkill at first
Any ideas on this? Would the mailhandler approach be the best?

weseze commentedBuming this to 7.x since there are some problems with setting the return-path in D6. Also I'm looking into implementing this functionality in a seperate module, perhaps working together with existing initiatives.
But I do want to create statistical stuff for bounces within this module.
