Just to let you and others know, the eminline module needs a similar hook to the wysiwyg_filter module to make sure all the variables are exported. I've submitted a patch to do this to the eminline queue here: http://drupal.org/node/1314242 but thought I would cross post the issue to this queue in case anyone else is searching for the same issue.
