Updated Documentation?

Hi, I recently installed the 2.x version with a Magento 1.6.1.0 install. I was able to get everything synced perfectly but then the documentation says there should be several menu options under the Magento Synchronization Console but I only have the Synchronize option. According to the documentation there should be other menu options to show me a better product view and other features. Also the documentation doesn't really provide any examples for the best way to get a list of products or how to put in the shopping cart and checkout features. Is the documentation only for the 1.x version? If it helps, my magento_structure table is blank, should this have data in it after a full resync? I see my products, attributes, and categories in drupal under the normal view content and view vocabularies options.
