Here you'll find a set of modules that offer a full integration of Magento (http://www.magentocommerce.com/) e-Commerce suite.

Magento is one of the most famous, open-source e-Commerce solution. Magento offers a very nice back-end interface, but suffer of lack of CMS capabilities.
Installing Magento modules on your Drupal site, you'll be able to run Magento as back-end only.

Users, Cart, Orders, Products, and even Paiement, everything is syncrhonized with Magento trough API (you'll need to install Drupal extension on your Magento site).

Modules list overview

Magento eCommerce XML-RPC API - This module offers an API access to other modules wich would communicate with a Magento API. Take care some of requests to Magento use our set of modules (Drupal project on Magento) so you'll probably need to install them on your Magento installation.
Orders Synchronizer with Magento - This module enables you to create orders from Drupal on Magento, goes with a complete cart management.
Products Synchronizer with Magento - This module syncronizes products that are created on Magento. Magento requests Drupal trough Services to create/update/delete a product. On Drupal side a Product node is created. So infact this module depends on Services and implements Product creation services.
Users Synchronizer with Magento - This module is responsible to create a Magento user each time a new Drupal user is created. This module manages also profile updates etc...
