Show and play uploaded videos in all formats (just like the youtube video) [#1319696]

Hi,
Need to have a feature that enables to show the uploaded video formats just like youtube embedded videos are shown.

First attachment shows how it works now. The second one shows how it should work.

How can this be achieved? Please advise.

As for me, I just need at least one format. Does not matter which one just as long as it works.
