I had created a site about 2 years ago. I had installed the i18n module and I had the site running in 2 languages, English and Greek.
Today I loged in as admin, and made some necessary module updates. I 've noticed that all was working fine except the following:
When I am logged in as admin, then the language switcher works fine. When I log out it stops working!
Before (about a year ago when I checked on it last time) it was all working fine.
I have checked the language switcher block and it is not restricted by any roles.. users cannot control if they see it (that works fine).. it all looks fine... it's just that it doesn't work!
Pls.. anyone can help me on this?

Isn't it an i18n module problem?

Please properly explain these two and then reopen
