HOW TO INSTALL
--------------
- Be sure Organics group module is already installed. We recommend to activate also OG UI and OG access control
- Download the module and decompress
- Create a new group content type
- Go to admin/config/group/fields and add to the new content type the following fields: "Groups audience", "Group content visibility" and "Subgroup behaviour"
- Go to admin/config/group/subgroups and check the content type. Then, select if you wish to have a default global behaviour
- When creating a new group, be sure to check visibility: "Private". You may also choose a specific behaviour for each groups or group content

pav commentedHave been trying to get this working for a while. Was really excited to find instructions.
Just tried it on a clean D7 install. Does not work. The subgroup behaviour field does not appear.
Is the module currently broken, or are the instructions incomplete?

jerrac commentedI just tried to follow the OP's directions and got stopped when I hit add the field "Subgroup behaviour". That field does not exist.
Also, admin/config/group/subgroups just goes to admin/config/group/.
I'm on D7.9, OG 7.x-1.3, and the 8-08-2011 dev release of og_subgroups.
