at the present time, the (excellent) Read More Tweak, doesn't seem to like working with a node that employs the node teaser module to produce a DIFFERENT teaser to the drupal default, (i.e the first few words of the post).

This feature would be most helpful. When I have tried to use them together, the Read More link simply disappears.
