New tables are not deleted at reset

If there are tables added since the last snapshot, they are not removed in front of a reset. This leads to error messages during installation of modules after a site reset, since those tables already exist but datatable system is properly reset.

We need to nuke the complete database in front of the reset process, to start over with the proper snapshot configuration.
