Automated logout not working

Issue Summary

Hi all,
I am using automated logout with js timer. when i am using in small site, its working fine.
but now i am using timespent module for calculating the duration of user in each page.
now my problem is automated logout not working. i saw a timer gradually decreases and show me as timer completed then browser refresh after 5 secs, then the page remaining in same stage. user session is still persistent.

Any one please help!
