LinuxETC commentedGetting this as well.
This occurs when posting a new comment to an existing "ticket" and attaching a file(s) to the comment (PDF files in my case here). There is an error noted for each file that is associated with the ticket (e.g., 3 files attached to the ticket = 3 error messages) where all error messages are the same.
Switching Priority to "normal" from "major" since this does not kill nor disrupt the functionality of the system. Just warns it seems. Attached files are still present and accessible from what I can tell.
