dpm10 commentedI am also having this issue. What he means is that that an anom user can rate the node an unlimited amount of times. Instead of changing the users' rating, the module records a new rating. Meaning someone can sit there an rate the same content over and over to skew the overall rating.

This solution does not work. Setting votingapi to 1 day still allows an anon user to vote infinite times
